The Procontrol TruckClienter truck loading queue management system helps in the effective, controlled and transparent service of trucks waiting for loading. Drivers receive the information via displays when they can go to a specific gate for loading; sounders/ speakers and light signals may be optionally added. This method saves time for storekeepers as they do not have to walk to the trucks to instruct them to the given gate.
The TruckClienter is a version of Procontrol's queue management system designed specially for logistics, the queue management of trucks, and external usage. It also makes early check-in possible, and the pre-scheduled arrival of carriers.

The ProxerNet system software saves data in MS SQL database, in a traceable, retrievable way. Reports and statistics can be made and exported, printed.
